Sullivan & Sweet Jewelry Co does not ship internationally. Therefore, gift cards are only good for purchases made and shipped to addresses in the United States. When purchasing the gift card, no discount will apply. When paying for a purchase with the gift card it can be combined with discounts.

Free shipping on all purchases. All unworn non-customized pieces can be returned to Sullivan & Sweet in their original packaging within 14-days of when the customer received the order. Returns must be pre-authorized by contacting Sullivan & Sweet before shipping the product back. We cannot accept liability for any product sent to Sullivan & Sweet without prior return authorization. Shipping expenses for returns on non-manufacturer warranty issues are the responsibility of the customer.
All products sold on Sullivan & Sweet have a 30-day manufacturer's warranty. Should the product be flawed, please notify us as soon as possible to initiate a warranty claim. We'll send you the necessary information to ship the item in for the repair or replacement. We cannot accept the liability of jewelry sent to us without previous arrangements.
