Shipping policy

Sullivan & Sweet Jewelry Co LLC does not charge for shipping unless it's expedited at the request of the buyer. Those additional fees will be negotiated in advance of the completion of the sale. Sullivan & Sweet Jewelry Co LLC does not pay for shipping on returns. If an item has a manufacturer defect covered under warranty, we will do our best to cover the return shipping cost in form of a credit to the account which made the purchase.
