1. RETURNS:

Q. What is your return policy?

A. All non-customized pieces can be returned to Sullivan & Sweet in their original container when postmarked within 14-days of receiving your order. Some return policies may be extended depending on jewelry makers - those items will be listed in product description. Returns for custom pieces will be on a case-by-case basis depending on the designer. That said, all products sold on Sullivan & Sweet have manufacturer's warranty of a minimum of 30-days (any products with longer warranties will be listed on product description). Should the product be flawed or need repair, we'll send you information to process the return or repair. Returns must be processed as described in the receipt. Contact us before sending jewelry to us. We cannot accept the liability of jewelry sent to us without previous arrangements. Our shipping partners are key to successful and protected transactions. Shipping for returns for non-manufacturer warranty issues will be paid for by customer. 

2. BUYING FINE JEWELRY ONLINE:

Q. How do I know if I can trust purchasing fine jewelry online?

A. Sullivan & Sweet is fully insured and registered with the United States Federal Government and in the State of Wisconsin to sell throughout the United States. We carefully selects all jewelers for partnership before their products are listed with our store. If you have any questions about quality or investment of jewelry purchases online, use our contact us feedback card, and one of the owners will contact you to discuss personally. 3. SHIPPING:

Q. Does Sullivan & Sweet ship internationally?

A. Not at this time. We will look to expand our services as we are able. In the meantime, we ship across all 50 United States. 

4. TYPES OF METALS USED IN JEWELRY

Q. How do I know what kind of metal is used in each piece?

A. Please read the product description carefully. All silver items will be imprinted with a 925 stamp. All gold items will be imprinted with their gold quantity (typically, 10K, 14K, 18K, 24K). On occasion, small details of 925 silver jewelry will be gold plated on top of silver, however, Sullivan & Sweet does not offer jewelry for sale that isn't predominantly solid silver, gold or platinum. 

5. SIZE AND COLOR OPTIONS:

Q. What colors and size options do you have?

A. Jewelry can often have multiple options. Please pay attention to your color and size preferences. Sullivan & Sweet offers products in yellow, white and rose gold, silver, and limited platinum products Custom orders may include additional options. Sizes for necklaces, bracelets, and rings vary per item. Each item will list the available sizes. If you're interested in a size or color which isn't listed, let us know. We might be able to provide you the size you need, or find an alternate item with similar qualities. 

5. TYPES OF GEMS USED IN JEWELRY

Q. What types of gemstones do you sell?

A. Sullivan & Sweet is a fine jewelry store. Each of our pieces have a clear description of the product and lists the type of gemstone/s used. The semi-precious gemstones are clearly identified as such. All diamonds are clearly listed as natural or lab grown. On some of the more affordable silver pieces, there are small cubic zirconia's used as accent stones and will be listed as such. However, we do not offer moissanites or cubic zirconias as the showpiece stone in any of our items.
