Returns must be pre-authorized by contacting Sullivan & Sweet before shipping the product back. We cannot accept liability for any product sent to Sullivan & Sweet without prior return authorization. Shipping expenses for returns on non-manufacturer warranty issues are the responsibility of the customer.
